Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the EverBeat application (the "App") operated by Andreas K. ("us", "we", or "our").

EverBeat is a mobile application designed to provide fitness-related information, tracking features, and personalized recommendations. The App may include but is not limited to features such as activity tracking.

b. License: Andreas K. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Andreas K. does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that any information obtained through the App will be accurate or reliable.
b. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Andreas K. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Andreas K. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective as of the date of posting. Your continued use of the App after the posting of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Andreas K. may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
